This Content Policy governs all content created with OmniBanana AI Photo Editor, operated by CoreMoose, LLC. It applies in addition to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
1. Prohibited Content
You may not use the Application to create, attempt to create, or share:
Pornographic or sexually explicit content
Sexualized depictions of real, identifiable people, including non-consensual intimate imagery ("deepfakes")
Any content involving minors that is sexual, exploitative, or endangering
Content promoting violence, self-harm, or hatred against individuals or groups
Content that harasses, threatens, or defames any person
These restrictions apply without exception — whether the person depicted is real or AI-generated, and whether or not you obtained their photo lawfully.
2. Enforcement
Automated moderation: Every generation request is screened server-side by automated content safety systems. Violating requests are blocked and never generated.
Content removal: Violating content is removed within 24 hours of being identified or reported.
Account action: Accounts that violate this policy are blocked. We may terminate access without refund.
Legal cooperation: We cooperate with law enforcement where required by law, including matters involving non-consensual intimate imagery or minors.
3. Reporting a Violation
Report violating content to support@coremoose.com with a description and, if possible, a screenshot. We review every report and remove violating content within 24 hours.
4. Changes and Contact
We may update this policy from time to time; continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the current version. Questions may be sent to support@coremoose.com.
