Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Your prompts, photos and images

• The text prompts you write, the photos you add, and the images generated for you.
• We store them on our cloud storage so we can make your image and show it again in History.
• We use them only to provide the service, keep it reliable and secure, and prevent abuse. We do not sell them or use them for advertising.

Faces in images

• Photos you add may contain faces. We process them only to generate the image you asked for.
• We do not perform facial recognition or collect facial feature data.

Your account

• When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive an account identifier and your email address from them.
• We keep these with your credit balance, your purchases and your images.

Technical data

• Our servers record your IP address, the type of device or browser, and when requests were made, to keep the service secure and prevent fraud.

2. AI processing

To generate an image, your prompt and photos are sent to Replicate (privacy policy), the AI provider that runs the models. It processes this data only to return your result.

Payment services never receive your prompts, photos or generated images.

3. Your browser

• The web studio has no advertising or analytics trackers.
• It keeps your sign-in and any images still being generated in your browser’s session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab.
• It remembers small display choices, such as how the image preview opens, in your browser’s local storage.
• When you open sign-in, Apple and Google load their own sign-in scripts, under their own privacy policies.

4. Purchases

• Payments are processed by Stripe (privacy policy). We receive what you bought, the amount and the payment status. We never see your card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time in the web studio under Account → Manage subscription; your plan stays active to the end of the paid period.
• If a payment is refunded, the credits from that payment are removed from your balance.

Refunds

• Generated images are digital content, so credits already used are not refundable.
• If a purchase was not credited or credits were used because of a technical problem, contact us.
• We may refuse refunds in cases of abuse or fraud.

5. Storage and security

• All data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
• Your data is stored on our cloud infrastructure, with access limited to what is needed to run the service.
• We keep your account, prompts and images while your account is active, so you can see them in History, until you ask us to delete them.

6. Your choices

• You can ask us to show, correct or delete your account and the images and prompts stored with it by emailing us.
• You can sign out and clear your browser’s storage at any time.

7. Children

Omni Banana is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here and change the date at the top. Changes take effect when posted.
